MY FITNESS GOALS ARE:
My constant goal is to keep my body healthy and strong so that I can 1) Be happy 2) Keep my mind positive and healthy 3) Be the best teacher I can be 4) Have the energy and willpower to attempt to create the changes I wish to see in the world 5) Be a good family member and friend. I enjoy signing myself up for half and full marathons- so I am always trying to keep my cardiovascular endurance strong (thank you spinning!).
REASONS I LOVE TO SWEAT:
It makes me HAPPY. Working-out gives me energy, fresh perspective, and confidence. It makes me grateful and calm, and helps me choose foods that will nourish and fuel my body. I love those endorphins.
MY GUILTY PLEASURE:
Ice cream and mani/pedis
WHEN I'M NOT TEACHING:
I am running, trying to fit in a yoga class, brunching with my family, planning travel with my friends, at a coffee shop reading a book, or at the theatre (whether I am on stage or in the audience).
