MY FITNESS GOALS ARE:
I LOVE working out every day. It gets my heart pumping, blood flowing and gets me invigorated for my entire day. I love the feeling after my workout of having a fully charged battery for a day of whatever curve ball may be thrown my way. I choose workouts that are meaningful to me and my body. Every day, I'm juggling my 3 kids, my business and a household; I want to be certain that the workout I choose is meaningful to me getting stronger mentally and physically. There is nothing better than sweating out the toxins in my mind and in my body. Working out gives me a positive attitude and a feeling of accomplishment.
REASONS I LOVE TO SWEAT:
It makes me HAPPY!!! Sweating gives me energy like nothing else. After a Spin class, I feel like I can take on anything! It puts me in the best mood because I feel satisfied and accomplished.
MY GUILTY PLEASURE:
After a tough workout, soaking in an Epsom salt bath is the BEST. Hanging out poolside with my family and friends relaxes me and gets me thinking about my next workout! I'm usually planning my next spin class while relaxing on a lounge chair.
WHEN I'M NOT TEACHING:
I'm planning an intense Spin class, biking with my 3 kids and hubby, taking yoga, hanging with my family and friends, motivating others to work out and eat healthy and BEING MY BEST SELF.
